Talent Hunting

By building a strong presence in the job market and using a proven talent hunting program we are able to source experienced candidates from multiple sources including our recruitment partners, job portals, reference network and industry contacts.

Technical Skill Assessment

Our 3 dimensional assessment of the candidate reduces risk and improves success rate.

Telephone HR Interview

After getting the CV assessed for fitment, our HR recruitment specialist calls the candidate and a first hand analysis is done on behavioral, experience history, communication skills. We also provide high level information about the project skill needs without getting into details. Finally the candidate provides a self assessment on the skills needed for the project. A Non Disclosure Agreement is now signed.

IN OFFICE PROJECT DAY

If selected in the first two interview rounds, candidate is asked to spend a day with us in our office. During this time, the candidate is met and gets technically assessed on several relevant skills. Candidate is given a small project which he has to complete and present before he leaves for the day. By spending more time with the candidate, the team and HR are now sure if the candidate is a great fit for the requirement.

Skype/Video Technical Interview

CLIENT VIDEO INTERVIEW

Once the candidate is through with all the hiring steps of Abaca, we set up a video/skype call between the client and candidate. During this discussion, the client makes the final assessment if the candidate is suitable for the role. We are now ready to board the candidate to your team.
